The question of maintenance or abolition of the trade union is a big issue since the presence of trade union. Trade union`s roles have a considerable influence on organisation, employees and employers. Trade union is united for representing employees, so it is try to depend and improve employees` interest and right (Toth & Langewiesche, 2000). On the other hand, employers and capitalists do not like the existence of trade union because their requirements can have negative influence on employers` profit and management (Bernard Simon in Toronto, 2005). This essay will compare both arguments that trade unions are no longer necessary and will suggest a couple of reasons why trade union should exist at workplace.
